- Reflective Practice Academy: Delivered in partnership with Dr. Stephen Weatherhead, this six-module programme supports teams in building insight, empathy, and collaboration through evidence-based clinical psychology.
- Individual Success Plans: For staff members, we offer intensive 1-on-1 support and personal training that combines mental health with physical fitness to develop personalised success plans in a private setting.
