Our Space
We’ve been based in Liverpool city centre for over five years, previously home to the ‘3D Health Club’ (now reimagining the name and brand). The space is a community hub – not just a gym. It’s a place for movement, mindfulness, coaching, and connection.
We’re currently:
- Offering sessions between 6am–8pm (with potential to extend to 10pm)
- Running holistic sessions with massage, yoga and mindfulness
- Planning a clearer group timetable with pre-booking and transparent access
