Yesterday was International Men’s Day, and we were delighted to take part in a very special event in commemoration.
Men’s health is about more than just physical wellbeing. Now, more than ever, it is vital to focus on mental, emotional, and social health too. Too often, men face stigma around discussing emotions or seeking support, which can have serious consequences for overall health.

We would like to extend our appreciation to Wellness in the City for inviting us to their Men Who Inspire conference at BOXPARK Liverpool, bringing together community leaders, health experts, and businesses to inspire action, raise awareness, and celebrate positive role models.
Saeed sat on one of the cornerstone panel’s of the day: The Power of Checking In, with Dr Stephen Weatherhead, and the Martin Gallier Project

You alright, mate?
Sometimes the simplest question – “You alright, mate?” – can mean the most. We explored the impact of everyday conversations, active listening, and how small acts of care can make a big difference.
It is more important than ever to show up for one another and create spaces where men feel safe to be real.
