Saeed Olayiwola

Saeed is a consultant in wellbeing and growth, combining workplace health, community development and personal wellbeing to inspire organisations, communities and individuals into becoming healthier, stronger and more productive.

Saeed left a career in the NHS to start up SO Health. Through his skills in coaching, engagement and leadership, he has supported many organisations to become more vibrant by positively exploring their approach to staff wellbeing and high performance.

He has also acted as a public workplace wellbeing lead, and governor at private educational facilities, leading on ethos, culture and wellbeing, as well as providing equity, diversity and inclusion consultancy and training with the Anthony Walker Foundation.

Stephen Weatherhead

Stephen Weatherhead

Dr Stephen Weatherhead is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in brain injury and in homelessness.

He has been qualified for over 15 years and in that time has co-edited three books, many research papers, and been awarded the prestigious May Davidson Award for contributions to clinical psychology.

He is a dad and husband, and holds true to values of integrity, inclusion, and community.

Laura Brown

Laura Brown

Laura is a mentor and personal development coach with a multifaceted journey.

Her expertise spans public health, community development and social prescribing. As a Community Public Health Lead in Liverpool, she has orchestrated interventions, events and startup groups, fostering healthier environments.

Her role as a Social Prescribing and Events Lead with the NHS allowed her to connect individuals with personalised non-medical interventions. But her passion lies in personal-centered mentoring —a holistic approach that considers wellbeing, strengths and goals.

She specialise in Behaviour Activation Strategies, empowering others to overcome obstacles and achieve positive change. Her commitment extends to the Hatch Life Suicide Prevention Programme, where participants implement strategies to save lives delivered to front line professional.

Alan Crawford

Alan Crawford

Alan is a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor as well as being the founder of Ubuntu, the Liverpool Black Wellbeing Collective and a Trustee of the African Caribbean Centre, Liverpool. Alan is also a Workshop Facilitator, Meditation teacher, Holistic Therapist and former Counselling Tutor.

In his therapeutic work, Alan strives to offer his clients a powerful and potent experience of deepest respect, empathy, and trust, allowing his clients to feel deeply heard, understood and met with heartfelt warmth and compassion, empowering them to make the changes that they wish to make.

Alan provides a non-judgemental, understanding and down-to-earth approach which he believes is born of his own lived-experience of mental health issues and recovery, as well as over 10 years professional experience working with individuals and groups in the criminal justice, addiction and mental health fields before moving into private practice. His work is intended to support you in creating a life that feels fulfilling and authentic; to help you awaken to your potential so you can experience a life in which you feel good, connected and alive.

Born in Ibadan, Nigeria, Saeed grew up in one of Africa’s largest cities, in a culture which honoured the importance of connection, resilience and leading a productive life.

He believes this planted the seeds of his work and expertise: “It was a crucial part of my upbringing, and brought home to me how much connection, health and wellbeing is at the root of personal success,” he says
