About Us
About Us
Founded by resilience expert Saeed Olayiwola, SO Health began with a mission to transform lives. Saeed’s journey started with a bicycle and a rucksack of equipment, delivering personalised coaching to help individuals unlock their full potential across Liverpool.
In 2012, we opened our first facility in Woolton, marking a milestone in our commitment to community wellbeing.
By 2019, we expanded into the heart of Liverpool’s Business District. Our luxury city-centre location is now a premier hub for high-performing leaders striving for excellence in their personal and professional lives.

Meet Saeed
Born in Ibadan, Nigeria, Saeed grew up in one of Africa’s largest cities, in a culture which honoured the importance of connection, resilience and leading a productive life.
He believes this planted the seeds of his work and expertise: “It was a crucial part of my upbringing, and brought home to me how much connection, health and wellbeing is at the root of personal success,” he says
