Youth health and well-being

Youth health and well-being is something we are passionate about at SO Health. We will support the health and well-being of youths in schools, colleges, training providers and UTCs to help the students lead a healthy lifestyle.

We do this by developing and delivering bespoke programmes to meet the needs of the young people.

We deliver a variety of on-site sessions to help young people move towards a healthier lifestyle and feel more positive about themselves.

These sessions include:

  • Inspirational and motivational sessions/workshops
  • Fitness sessions/workshops
  • Yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions
